Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

TransBank complies with the law of Mongolia, protect its customer interests through the value and bank operation, consider development, education and health of employees, contribute to the society, economy and natural environment responsibility and consistently in a long-term and follow the standards of "ISO 26000". We implement the following four types of social responsibility policies.

1. Business ethics and Transparency

We comply with the law of Mongoia, follow the standard and proper corporate governance principle to the daily operation increasing the values. The Bank fullfill the requirements of Bank of Mongolia and organizations, ensure the information transparency and report the financial and non-financial datas and results of social responsibility program to the public. Furthermore, the confidentiality of the customer's data is secured.

2. Health and Safe environment

We contirbute to make the eco-friendly, healthy, convenient and safe workplace and share the positive attitude to the others.

3. Human rights and Employees

The Bank provides the opportunity of equity to work in a same place, hear the voice and interest of employees and strictly respect the human rights against the enforcement, violence and discrimination.

4. Society and Public 

We intend the social responsibility activities in a short, mid and long terms in accordance with the scope of 17 sustainable Development Goals and Mongolian sustainable development vision 2030 to the public and society as follows.
