Otgonbayar M. was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of TransBank in October 2016.
His previous positions include Mongolian-side manager of a consultancy project “Increasing road safety” under the World Bank and Nordic Development Fund financed “Transport Development Project”, project leader of Asian Development Bank financed “Rural area public institutions development project”, deputy CEO, head of divisions and departments at Mongol Post Bank and Golomt Bank.
Otgonbayar M. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Mongol Business University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from North Virginia University. He has 18 years of professional experience in banking and finance and project management in the private sector at managerial level.
Sainbileg Ch. was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of TransBank in March 2017.
He has 20 years of professional experience in banking and finance and private institutions, including foreign payments officer, foreign exchange dealer, and senior economist at Mongol Post Bank, independent director at State Bank’s Board of Directors, and deputy CEO at Deposit Insurance Corporation of Mongolia.
Sainbileg Ch. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Banking Information Development developer from the National University of Mongolia, and a Master’s Degree in International Business and Trade from California International University, in the United States of America.
Gantulga Ts. was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and has been working at TransBank since December 2017.
He has 20 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Project Management covering banking and finance, mining and logistics sectors of Mongolia with international experience in procurement, inventory management and trade advisory services.
Gantulga Ts. holds a Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Software Engineer from the School of Law and School of Engineering and Applied Science of the National University of Mongolia, respectively. He has continued to earn his Master’s Degrees in Technology Management and International Affairs both from University of Bridgeport as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ernest C. Trefz School of Business.
Bataa J. was appointed as treasurer of TransBank in October 2017.
He has 24 years of professional experience in the banking and finance industry. He held positions of manager of Jalsrai LLC; dealer and director at Trade Development Bank; CEO of “Aim Capital Partners”; CEO of “Credit Mongol” NBFI; dealer, senior dealer, senior economist and Director General of Financial Markets Department at the Bank of Mongolia.
Bataa J. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the National University of Mongolia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional English from Tsog University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Birmingham University in the U.K.
Bat-Orgil S. was appointed as Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking Division of TransBank in March 2017.
He has 12 years of professional experience in banking and finance and credit risk management. He has held the positions of credit officer at Khan Bank; credit policy officer at Mongol Post Bank; senior officer of branch management, director of rural operations of operation management department, and director of credit risk management department at Savings Bank, and director of credit risk management department at State Bank.
Bat-Orgil S. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ider University. He has extensive trainings in overseas, namely in Japan, specializing in Credit risk, Asset evaluation and Insurance. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the School of Business of National University of Mongolia, one of the well-established institutes of the country.
Khaliun Ya. was appointed as Chief Compliance Officer of TransBank in August of 2018.
She has over 10 years of professional experience in financial industry including working as an administrator in education and examination department of Certified Financial Planners Board of Standards in the US and working as research analyst/consultant and evaluation officer/consultant in the Independent Evaluation Group Private Sector of the World Bank Group Headquarters in Washington DC providing research analysis for macro evaluations covering the operations of the World Bank Group in the area of financial sector, investment climate, SMEs and evaluating financial sector micro projects of International Finance Corporation.
Khaliun Ya. has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies Degree from National University of Mongolia, Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Southern Indiana and Master of Global Studies with emphasis in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration from University of Denver.
