The Bank of Mongolia, Mongolian Bankers Association, Sparkasse Bank Foundation, and Deposit Insurance Corporation of Mongolia have co-organized the campaign “Responsible customer and Responsible Bank” for six months and held a closing ceremony on December 25, 2019.
The commercial banks of Mongolia participated and contributed to implementing the campaign with high responsibility. Transbank was named one of the best banks based on the engagement and real result of all initiated and implemented works and activities by the Bank of Mongolia.
In the framework of the campaign, TransBank has implemented the activities successfully that protect the costumers’ interest, aim to social and public, the documentation of corporate social responsibility is formulated to meet the International standards and organized the systematic training the amount of 60 million MNT to information safety, possibilities to solve the problems of customers including series of information and guidance to prepare the bank employees who are responsible and ethical.
Furthermore, TransBank plans to implement and initiate a number of projects and activities that are efficient and innovative, prefer the customers, and become the more responsible bank.
