TransBank successfully participated in "Financial Consumer Protection Campaign"

The Bank of Mongolia initiated a successful "Campaign for Consumer Protection" between the 2nd of January 2018 to 31st of May 2018 to help financial users to prevent financial risks from potential risks and to make their choice of diversified financial products. In this campaign, all commercial banks of Mongolia have participated.

The campaign was attended by Financial Regulatory Commission, Fair Competition and Consumer Affairs Agency, Mongolian Mortgage Corporation, Mongolian Bankers Association, All commercial banks, Deposit Insurance Corporation, Microfinance Development Fund, and the BOM's local branches.

The Closing of the "Consumer Protection Campaign" was held on Sukhbaatar Square on the 2nd of June 2018; the team of 10 employees from TransBank worked on 10:00-16:00 hours to actively participate in this closing ceremony. All the organizations that have participated in the event have been openly dedicated to the public, providing them with appropriate information manuals and responding to the public's information. At the event, Mr. Bayartsaikhan, the President of the Bank of Mongolia, initiated the closing ceremony and awarded awards to active and innovative banks and branches of Ulaanbaatar and rural areas. Representatives from the Bank of Mongolia and representatives from other co-operatives visited all commercial banks' booths and acquainted product information. In the framework of the "Consumer Protection Campaign" and "The Day of International Children's Rights," TransBank was invited cartoon knights to share the holiday and organized many gifts for children in a lottery. We are delighted to add joy to their festivities and to try to keep each child happy. The Bank of Mongolia and the campaign organizers were honored TransBank with the appreciation trophy for their actions and initiatives.
